Dispatcher / Driver Manager
Location: Bensalem, PA
Salary: $65K – $70K

Our client is a stable, well-established transportation company specializing in time-sensitive, food-grade liquid logistics across North America.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a high-volume driver board (25+ drivers)
• Dispatch loads, coordinate schedules, and optimize routes
• Serve as the main point of contact for drivers
• Monitor performance metrics including on-time delivery and utilization
• Partner with internal teams to maintain efficient operations

What you’ll need:

• Recent truckload dispatch experience in a high-volume environment
• Ability to manage 25+ drivers with accuracy and efficiency
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in specialized freight (tanker, hazmat, etc.) preferred
• AS400 experience is a plus
